WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A MOTEL AND A HOTEL?

A Motel is nothing more than a normal Hotel where it is not mandatory to stay overnight.

CAN MINORS ACCESS?

To be able to use any service you must be at least 18 years old.

HOW MANY PEOPLE IS IT POSSIBLE TO ENTER THE ROOM?

A maximum of 4 people for all Suites and up to 3 people for the rest of the categories. Depending on the type of room, a supplement will be required for each person in addition to the 2 standards provided.

WHICH DOCUMENTS ARE NEEDED?

You can provide your identity card, driving license or passport at your convenience. Our staff is carefully selected, the documents will be scrupulously kept until your departure in compliance with current legislation.

WOULD WE RECEIVE SOME PAPER COMMUNICATIONS FOLLOWING OUR STAY?

Absolutely not, the interaction with you will end when you check out.

CAN WE ACCESS WITH TWO CARS?

We have a large private car park where you can make an appointment to reach the assigned room with one of the two cars.

WHERE SHOULD WE GO ONCE ENTERING THE PARKING?

• Stop the car near the two red and white bars
• One of you enters the Reception just a few steps from your car
• Present your and your partner's documents
• Based on the request, the room is assigned (standard, suite, smoking, non-smoking ...)
• Collect the key and get back into the car
• Take the avenue with the bar raised
• Park your car directly in front of the room

HOW AND WHEN IS THE PAYMENT MADE?

• Get back in the car
• Follow the signs "EXIT"
• Stop the car near the Reception
• Enter the Reception (the entrance is different from the one for the room assignment)
• Return the key
• Communicate how much you have consumed from the minibar
• Pay in the way you prefer (cash, credit card or debit card)
• Collect your documents.

CAN WE HAVE LUNCH OR DINNER IN THE ROOM?

Of course, the Restaurant is open from Monday to Saturday for both lunch and dinner. You can choose between joining the Restaurant or request a room service.

Room service is carried out in full respect of your privacy using a serving hatch.

CAN WE USE DELIVERY SERVICES?

You can have food and drinks delivered directly to your room, taking care to specify to whom will carry out the service, that will have to manage delivery and payment directly with you and therefore without any intermediation by our Reception, which will only allow them to reach you in the room.
